Five days ago my Comcast TV service was not working. Numerous calls and several disconnects with their customer service phone line led me to tweet at Comcast in order to vent my raging displeasure with their lack of assistance and availability. I specifically pointed out how bad their service was in the tweet, saying that it couldn’t be worse if they tried. Guess I was wrong, as today I received this tweet from them.
