Howard Arthur Klein, 87, was arrested by Grand Rapids Police around on June 26th for soliciting a prostitute. The prostitute was an undercover cop. Klein’s day in court finally arrived, but before we get into why he wasn’t charged, LOLz to this excuse from the dirty old bro.
“Klein allegedly claimed he thought the woman he approached was someone he knew from church.”

Anyway, the judge let Klein walk for possible the best and most logical reason ever — his lack of a criminal record.
“What would be the purpose in prosecuting him? ” Kent County Prosecutor William Forsyth said Tuesday, Sept. 1. “He wouldn’t and shouldn’t go to jail and 87 years without involvement in the criminal justice system has, in my opinion, earned him a pass.”
Hell yes! Now I’m not saying the old guy should be allowed to get away with murder but going that long and keeping his nose clean should get him at least one “get out of jail free” card. And another “get a blowjob from a hooker from your church free” card.
