Never in my life have I ever had more respect for metalsmiths, mostly because I’ve never put any thought into metalsmithing since this is 2015 and not 1347. Do you have any idea what’s going on in that video? Yes, I know they explain it as they go but could you reiterate back to someone else exactly what they’re doing and why they’re doing it while using the correct terminology? I don’t think so. This shit looks complicated as fuck, and now my life-long dream of owning my very own Legend of Zelda shield that I can hang on my wall to collect dust and only use it as a conversation piece on rare occasions is ruined.
