My upstairs neighbors at my first place were horrendous. They made a ton of noise at the worst possible times. From like 6am to 7am and then from like 11pm until midnight. Almost on purpose. I was powerless besides saying “hey, I live underneath you, can you kind of keep it down?”
I even resorted to poking the ceiling. Poking the ceiling never fucking works. How would they even hear it?!?!
Anyway, this guy came up with a much better idea. Every time his neighbors are being too loud, he blasts Who Let The Dogs Out until they quiet down. That’s way more effective than ceiling poking.
