Strongman Talks About His INSANE 20,000 Calorie Diet, Can Deadlift 750-Pounds

29-year-old strongman competitor Robert Oberst is “by far” the strongest man on the West Coast. In the 2013 American Strongman competition in Vegas, he deadlifted an impressive 750 pounds for reps. Based off his performance in the 2014 competition, he’s considered the second strongest man in America. He’s basically a real life Gaston.

So what fuels a 400-pound body capable of such impressive physical feats of strength? A diet of 20,000 calories a day. In an episode for food blog Munchies, Oberst talked about his INSANE diet.
