In a year that wasn’t guaranteed to happen, the college football bowl season officially has a schedule. Rejoice.

The most wonderful time of the year will kickoff on Dec. 19 and feature at least one game played through Jan. 2. The season will conclude with the College Football Playoff National Championship on Jan. 11, but let’s not look that far just yet.

All 37 bowl games will be televised and Dec. 26 will be the perfect post-Christmas hangover cure with six games slated to be played. The Montgomery Bowl and the LA Bowl will make their debuts this season, but the Fenway Bowl was scheduled to debut from Boston and will not be played. It joins the Holiday Bowl, RedBox Bowl, Bahamas Bowl and Hawai’i Bowls as the five games that have announced they will not be played this season.
