Welcome to Week 13. Hopefully, you’ve recovered from your food coma on Thursday.
You also might have trampled some innocent people for that 60″ 4K television, so your wallet may be looking a little lighter this week.
Let me help you get some of that money back just in time for the holidays.
Here are some games you should look to bet on this week.
Spreads To Wager On
San Fransisco 49ers vs. Baltimore Ravens (-6)
If you thought in September that this game could be a potential Super Bowl matchup, I’d say you were crazy. In what is the Super Bowl 48 rematch, both these teams have been fire lately.
I’d say the Ravens have been the better team of the two; they’ve scored 40+ points in three straight games with a winning margin of 37.3 points.
It’s really tough to think they can’t cover the six points at home, even with a good San Fransisco defense.
Cleveland Browns (-2) vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers head into this week clinging to the final spot in the playoffs in the AFC. The Browns, sitting just a game behind, could see themselves with a real shot at the playoffs with a win this week.
The Browns head into this week as a road favorite against a Pittsburgh squad they defeated 21-7 just two weeks ago.
Cleveland has been very good against the spread by covering five out of their last six games against the Steelers.
Totals To Wager On
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (Over 48.5)
These two teams don’t meet up too often, but when they do, the games feature some high scoring. Their last three matchups have averaged 57 points.
Both team’s offenses have helped them trend towards the over; in the Buccaneers last three games the total has gone over, while the Jaguars have done the same in three of their last four.
New England Patriots vs. Houston Texans (Under 45)
We could possibly be seeing an AFC playoff matchup with these teams currently leading their divisions.
The Patriots have recently struggled on offense by averaging 16.6 points in their last three games. Houston’s offense has shown they can be shut down by a good defense thanks to a 41-7 loss to Baltimore two weeks ago, and the Pats have shown they’re the best defense in the league.
Dog Of The Day
Tennessee Titans (+2.5) vs. Indianapolis Colts
With wins in four of their last five games the Titans are back in the playoff picture in the AFC and with a win this week they would climb over the Colts in the AFC standings and compete for an AFC South title.
Although the Colts have dominated this rivalry as of late, they’re trending down with losses in the three of their last four games.
