Over the course of his NFL career, there have been few players that have been able to manipulate the game at the line of scrimmage like Aaron Rodgers.

It has been one of the things that has given him an edge against his competition throughout a career that will end with him in the Hall of Fame.

For most of that career, he has been putting this talent on display for the Green Bay Packers on his way to 4 MVPs and a Super Bowl ring.

However, he now has a new team that will get to benefit from his ability to read the game at the line of scrimmage.

This season, it is the New York Jets who will be the beneficiary of Rodgers’ talents and while we are still a couple of weeks away from Rodgers suiting up for the Jets in a regular season game, he has already taken the opportunity to show this talent off in practice.

On the most recent episode of One Jets Drive, Rodgers was shown calling out a Tampa Bay Buccaneers defender for attempting to fake a blitz.

Rodgers tells the defender, “You’re not coming. Back up.” The defender then proceeded to oblige and back up to get into position to drop into coverage.

Luckily for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, they won’t have to worry about Aaron Rodgers calling out their defense anymore for the rest of the season.

The New York Jets will be hoping to see plenty more of this from Rodgers in his first season with the team after suffering through years of subpar quarterback play.

With the Jets currently being featured on Hard Knocks right now, maybe this won’t be the only clip we see this summer of Aaron Rodgers seeing right through a defense.
