A photo of Aaron Rodgers in a full New York Jets uniform went viral over the weekend, as many felt that the 39-year-old future Hall of Famer looked like a kid dressing up in an Aaron Rodgers Halloween costume.
One person who found Rodgers’ official Jets photoshoot particularly funny was his ex-teammate and fellow conspiracy theorist David Bakhtiari, who took to Twitter to add insult to Rodgers’ photographic injury.

It’s not all bad uniformed-related news for Jets fans, though, as the team officially unveiled their throwback “Jets Legacy White” uniforms, which pay homage to the New York Sack Exchange teams of the 1980s, earlier this week.
According to the organization, the team will be wearing their Jets Legacy White uniforms for their Week 1 game against the Buffalo Bills and their Week 4 game against the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs.
Rodgers and the Jets are heading into the 2023 season expected to be Super Bowl contenders, at least as far as the betting odds are concerned. With about six weeks to go until the first game of the year, the Jets’ currently have the seventh-shortest odds to lift the Lombardi Trophy.
Currently, the only NFL teams with better Super Bowl odds than the Jets are the Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, and Dallas Cowboys.
While all of those teams made the playoffs last year, the Jets haven’t qualified for the postseason since 2010, which makes them the dubious owners of the longest playoff drought in the league.
Despite their Super Bowl expectations, the Jets aren’t even favored to win their own division, as bookies expect Josh Allen and the Bills to win the AFC East for the fourth straight year. If Rodgers does lead the Jets to an AFC East title, it will be the franchise’s first division crown in over 20 years.
