Al Michaels was not a big fan of what he saw from the refs on the field on Thursday night.
On Thursday night, the refs were active during the Cowboys–Seahawks, throwing 19 penalties during the game.
Overall, both teams accrued 257 penalty yards on the night.

Not only did fans complain about the penalties but even Al Michaels was fed up.
Late in the game, Michaels blasted the refs for calling so many penalties during the game.
“We’re going to take the rest of the night off and let Clete Blakeman call the game.”

Despite all the penalty calls, both the Cowboys and the Seahawks put on a show on Thursday night in a game that featured zero punts.
