Fans Calling For Al Michaels To Retire After Lackluster Call On Jags’ 44-Yard Game-Winning Touchdown

Al Michaels is having a rough year on Amazon.

Earlier this year, Michaels has been crushed for making several mistakes while calling games this season.

On Thursday, Michaels angered fans for not showing excitement in a tight Saints-Jaguars game.

Late in the fourth quarter, Trevor Lawrence found Christian Kirk for a 44-yard touchdown that got little emotion from Michaels.

“Al Michaels is the GOAT. Legend. But it might be time…. The lack of enthusiasm on these massive calls is wild.” said one fan.

“Al Michaels is calling this football game with the enthusiasm and fervor of a sloth on heroin.” commented another fan.

While Michaels is a legend, it’s probably time for him to call it a day and let a younger, more enthusiastic announcer take over the reins.
