NFL media personality Kay Adams is down at the Kentucky Derby to host some of her Up & Adams Show this week, and the former Good Morning Football host kicked off the festivities by flexing her Thursday fit.

In a video posted to the official Twitter account for the Up & Adams Show, the 38-year-old sports media star showed off the classy white dress she wore to the Kentucky Derby at the famous Churchill Downs in Louisville.

The Kentucky Derby, the 150th race in the Derby’s history, will begin on Saturday, May 4 at 6:57 p.m. EST. 20 horses are set to compete in the historic race, with Dornoch — trained by Danny Gargan and jockeyed by Luis Saez — being the betting favorite.

Before she began hosting the Up & Adams Show on the FanDuel Network in 2022, Adams was previously the host of the NFL Network morning news and talk show Good Morning Football from 2016 to 2022.

To kick off her Kentucky Derby coverage, Adams spoke to former Bills center Eric Wood, racehorse owner Mike Repole, and jockey Tyler Gaffalione on Thursday.

Adams also got the lowdown on how to make a 1k and 5k Woodford Reserve Mint Julep, the trademark drink of the Kentucky Derby.

Other guests expected to appear on Up & Adams while she’s down in Kentucky are celebrity chef Bobby Flay, NFL Hall of Famer Warren Moon, Cleveland Browns quarterback Jameis Winston, Olympic break-dancer Sunny Choi, and former NBA player Chandler Parsons.

You can keep up with Adams and her show on social media, where she currently has over 640,000 followers on Twitter and over 450,000 followers on Instagram and is definitely worth following on both platforms.
