Kansas City Royals outfielder Alex Gordon put his name in contention for Web Gem of the year on Sunday, making a spectacular catch in foul territory. He absolutely trucked a Chicago White Sox fan in the process.

The ball Gordon tracked down for the first out of the sixth inning came off the bat of Micah Johnson. Catches like this are the reason Gordon was awarded his fourth American League Gold Glove award in 2014.
