Always Classy Philadelphia Flyers Fans Gang up on Rangers Fans in the Stands

Oh Philadelphia sports fans. Why must your behavior bring so much shame to the rest of us who would never throw a punch in a public arena? During Tuesday night’s Game 6 at the Wells Fargo Center, a group of rowdy Phialdelphia Flyers fans in the cheap seats ganged up on a bunch of Rangers fans. Welcome back, Broad Street Bullies.

Here’s a 411 on what’s apparently happened:

The kid wearing the Blue Rangers jersey with the letters going diagonal down his chest was egging the crowd all game taunted screaming, acting like a typical drunk teenager. Usher came up to calm him down, didn’t listen. The real security guards attempted to pull him out of his seats where he resisted and that’s where he flailed his arms (not in video) and hit a flyers fan. Brawl ensued. The kid who was wearing the jersey and hat fled the scene and left his friends to get their asses beat, after doing nothing.

Too bad this guy wasn’t there to go all America over everyone’s asses:

The Flyers beat the Rangers 5-2 to tie the series at three. Game 7 is Wednesday night at MSG.
