The LSU Tigers took it to the Iowa Hawkeyes, as they secured the women’s basketball National Championship.

It was a solid game throughout. But Angel Reese may have stolen the show after hitting Caitlin Clark with the ultimate taunt near the end of the game.

Here she is, using John Cena’s “you can’t see me” taunt right at Clark.

Iowa’s star guard went viral for doing the same taunt against Louisville as the Hawkeyes beat them to advance in the tournament.

So, Angel Reese felt the need to give Caitlin Clark a dose of her own medicine. The LSU center was seen pointing at her finger shortly after.

Reese didn’t hold back whatsoever. She played a vital role throughout the tournament, ending the title run with a double-double performance.

Iowa had no answers for LSU throughout the game. Angel Reese dominated the boards and the Tigers’ shooters showed up big. Especially Jasmine Carson, who lit it up in the first half.

At the end of the day, this level of competitiveness was awesome to see in the women’s bracket. A back-and-forth battle between Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark was a perfect way for the tournament to end.

With that said, congratulations to the LSU Tigers for winning the first basketball National Championship in school history.

Maybe they can go back-to-back next season. However, Caitlin Clark’s final year of eligibility could make Iowa the team to beat next year.
