Arch Manning is finally set to take over as the starting quarterback for the Texas Longhorns during the 2025 college football season after two years as the change-of-pace backup to Quinn Ewers. However, head basketball coach Rodney Terry might try to steal him from Steve Sarkisian if he gets eyes on the latest video to go viral on TikTok.
The former No. 1 overall recruit showed off his impressive vertical leap while throwing down a windmill dunk!
Before we go any further, it must be noted that the hoop on which Manning dunked may not be set at regulation height. The rim might be lowered below the standard 10 feet. We also do not know when the video was filmed. It could be from last week. It could be from his senior year of high school.
The young lady who posted the video appears to be from Washington and went to school in Arizona. Her connection to Arch Manning is unclear but she has attended at least one football game at Texas and wore his jersey number to the game.
Are they dating? We don’t know.

Even if the rim in the TikTok video was lowered for dunking purposes, it’s not like Arch Manning can’t make it happen on a 10-foot hoop. The former Louisiana high school basketball state champion threw down during a game as a senior in high school and blew the roof off of the gym!
