John Cena is undergoing another round of hair transplant surgery. Prior to the procedure, he shared a bald photograph of himself posing with his doctor and the bald John Cena caught many off guard.
This is not the first time a bald John Cena has appeared. There were the memes years ago depicting Cena as a bald member of the Chinese ruling political party and, of course, he previously underwent hair transplant surgery.
Bald John Cena Catches Everyone Off Guard
On X, John Cena shared the photo of him posing with his doctor. He is fully bald up top. Cena wrote “Round 2 of FUE Treatement and this time I went all in for best possible results. Thank you @KenAndersonMD and the staff at Anderson Center for Hair for accompanying me on this journey!”
As stated, this is his second round of ‘FUE treatment’ which refers to Follicular Unit Excision (FUE). That entails individual extraction and harvesting of hair follicles, placement of the hair, and it leaves “no linear scarring” according to WMGLondon’s write up on Cena’s first procedure.

If you’re thinking ‘why is that doctor standing there shaking hand with the air?’ then you’re not alone. Many people cannot, in fact, see John Cena. Rest assured, however, that he is there.
The doctor who is working with John Cena on his hair restoration, Ken Anderson, MD., replied to Cena and said “Always great seeing you, my friend. Your commitment to the process and long-term hair health has made all the difference. I’m grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me and my team, and honored to continue being part of your journey.”

At the end of the day, it is interesting that John Cena didn’t go to Turkey for the procedure. That’s where everyone on earth seems to head these days. But when you have John Cena wealth you go to the best and this doctor appears to be the best at his craft.
