12-year-old cancer survivor Sophia Nieves received a dream-come-true invitation to attend a Chicago Bears game, personally extended by the team’s star quarterback Justin Fields.

Sophia’s incredible journey began two years ago when she was diagnosed with leukemia at the tender age of 10.

Sophia underwent two grueling years of chemotherapy and received exceptional care and support from Advocate Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn.

With her cancer now in remission, Sophia eagerly anticipates the upcoming Bears season.

To her surprise, Justin Fields reached out with a special invitation.

In a heartfelt video message, Fields said, “What’s up Sophia? It’s Justin Fields. Congrats on ringing the bell. I hear you’re a big Bears fan and turning 13 next month, so I wanted to invite you and your family out to Kansas City to cheer us on at Arrowhead Stadium when we play the Chiefs in a few weeks.”

Sophia’s reaction was beyond words. “Thank you so much for inviting us out to Kansas City to watch your guys’ Bears game,” she exclaimed with immense gratitude.

Sophia’s journey serves as a testament to resilience and determination, and her parents hope her story inspires others never to lose hope or faith, even in the face of adversity.
