Yesterday afternoon, Giannis Antetokounmpo saved the day when he scored the game-winning tip in for the Milwaukee Bucks in game 4 of the Bucks-Celtics series.

Immediately after the game, Giannis went to a Milwaukee aea taco joint, The Bel-Air Cantina, to celebrate but had to leave after no one attended him while he was there.
At @BelAirCantina on water street and just watched @Giannis_An34 wait for a table for 10 minutes and no one helped him so he left… Dude just won Milwaukee a playoff game! Get him some service pic.twitter.com/hcjsJfThiA

The restaurant offered it’s apologies but still got crushed by Bucks fans who vowed never to go to the restaurant again.

We are very sorry we weren’t able to seat Giannis Antetokounmpo in as timely of a manner as we would have hoped. The Milwaukee Bucks big win, thanks to his tip in and the team’s great play, combined with today’s spring weather had people turn out in droves to celebrate and we had quite a wait. We were honored he came in for a celebratory meal, and wish we could have accommodated him right away. We welcome him back Thursday after another Bucks win and will hold open a table. And to turn this into a positive for everyone, we are pledging that if the Bucks win the series Thursday night in Milwaukee, we will provide all Bucks fans with a free taco with any purchase all day Friday at all our locations! #GoBucks #BucksIn6
Never heard of y’all but will actively avoid all locations if I’m ever in WI, smh.

When Giannis is wearing a LAKERS jersey in a couple of years we'll know why. I bet he can get a table in Los Angeles… Smh

You are missing the point. I don’t want free tacos, I want @Giannis_An34 to have free tacos, for life. We want Giannis to be happy. When Giannis is happy, we are happy. I feel I speak for all of Milwaukee. #GetGiannisFreeTacosForLife

Omg. You need to educate your wait staff that if a 6’11’’ Greek basketball player wearing @bucks gear enters your restaurant ever again that he eats for free, gets a private table, and does not wait a second. Everyone in MKE would understand. Start there and then talk free tacos

Seems like a bit of an overreaction but the restaurant’s apology was pretty weak.
