Sources close to Jordon, with direct knowledge, tell TMZ … the legendary football coach, now for the University of North Carolina, and his much younger girlfriend quietly ended their romance “late last year.”
Although, they’re no longer dating, we’re told they remain “committed to their business partnerships and remain close friends.”
On Monday, a new Daily Mail report detailed the reasons for the breakup. Apparently, the media circus surrounding their relationship became overwhelming, and the two decided to part ways quietly.

‘Their relationship started to become bigger news than either of them ever wanted, and Bill was trying to protect it while also giving it the attention he felt it deserved,’ the source continued.
‘Looking back, that was a big part of what pulled his focus away from football last season. He was thinking about taking the next steps with her, getting engaged, getting married, and building a future together, while also dealing with the constant attention and outside scrutiny that came with being in such a high-profile relationship. It became overwhelming for both of them.’
Belichick’s friends credit North Carolina’s turnaround to the head coach, who is now more focused on football than his relationship.
The report also says the relationship ended amicably, with no bad blood between Belichick and Hudson.
Update: Belichick refused to comment on his relationship with Hudson after being asked by reporters.
Belichick on TMZ/other reporting about his relationship status with Jordon Hudson: "Do you work for a tabloid now? I’ll keep my personal comments and relationships to myself if that’s alright with you."
