Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Joseph Ossai has become a household name in the sports world, but not for reasons he likely dreamed of as a kid.

Unfortunately for Ossai, who is just 22 years old, the 2023 AFC Championship game will likely be remembered for a singular play: his 15-yard penalty on Patrick Mahomes that put the Chiefs in range for a game-winning field goal.

Following the game, a clearly emotional Ossai addressed the media, but he didn’t have to do it alone as defensive tackle B.J. Hill stood by his side the entire time.

Hill’s response is obviously in stark contrast to that of linebacker Jermaine Pratt, who could be heard calling out Ossai — who missed the entire 2021 season due to injury, effectively making this his rookie season — as he went into the Bengals’ locker room.

While walking to the locker room, Pratt could be heard yelling “why the f*** would you touch the quarterback?”

Courtesy of their win over the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Championship game, the Kansas City Chiefs will be taking on MVP candidate Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII on Sunday, February 12.

With the game still two weeks away, the Eagles have opened as early favorites as they’re currently favored over the Chiefs by 2.5 points.
