The 2023-24 champion Boston Celtics unveiled their new championship rings on the opening night of the NBA season and they are absolutely spectacular.
With their latest title, the Boston Celtics broke a tie with the Los Angeles Lakers and now hold sole possession of the ‘most NBA championships of all time’ title with 18 to LA’s 17. With the latest Boston Celtics championship rings, the devil is in the details….
Full Details On Boston Celtics Championship Rings For 2023/24
In this picture, we can see the 15 carats of white diamonds. They represent the 15 teams in the Eastern Conference. The inner bezel of the ring has 16 emerald cut diamonds to signify the total number of playoffs wins en route to the title.
‘World’ is seen in 30 diamonds to represent the number of seasons the Celtics have played at the TD Garden.There are 84 smaller diamonds on the side bezel to signify the Celtics’ playoffs winning percentage last season. And ‘CHAMPIONS’ can be seen in 80 small diamonds to signify the number of regular season wins.

More details! Here we can see every year the Boston Celtics have won a championship and hung a banner. The top of the ring is removable to reveal hidden features underneath. The 80-21 number on the side is the the Celtics’ regular season record. Side panels have each player’s unique name plate and the team mantra of ‘Whatever It Takes’ is on the ring’s side.

Going inside the ring, the records of each series in the NBA Playoffs is printed including the 4-1 dismantling of the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Finals. Inside of the Boston Celtics Championship rings, there can be seen a championship banner like the one hanging in the stadium and each of the player’s numbers is printed around the circle. There is also a piece of the home parquet floor inside the top of the ring with the date and score of the final game.
