Now that Tom Brady is retired from the NFL, there has been a lot of speculation made about what led to his decision. While the overwhelming belief is that the G.O.A.T. simply decided that it was time to write a new chapter, there has been speculation made about his relationship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

One of the people to theorize about his retirement was former New England Patriots guard and current Fox Sports Radio host Rich Ohrnberger. He dropped a bombshell last week about what he says was beef between Brady and head coach Bruce Arians.

The rumors about a fallout between the two were already circling.

However, Ohrnberger provided specific details about what caused the alleged rift and they were pretty significant. He said that the falling-out stemmed from Arians taking a red pen to offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich and Brady’s offensive game plan over the last few weeks of the season.

Arians says that it is all incorrect.

The 69-year-old spoke with the Tampa Bay Times and said that he is “pissed off” about Ohrnberger’s claims. He went on to refute everything in the report.

“It seems like there’s one [story] every day now,’’ Arians said. “Everybody is speculating he’s going somewhere else. That don’t bother me. This other bulls—, the relationship thing, that’s so far-fetched.”

He even went on to say that Leftwich could back him up.

“I mean, that’s such bulls—‚’’ Arians said. “That’s what pisses me off. I guess probably Byron could corroborate this, too.’’

From there, he went on to provide specific details that went against what Ohrnberger said in his report and stood by his strong relationship with Brady and Leftwich.

“First of all, I don’t rehab my Achilles in the morning,’’ Arians said. “I will go over the game plans and add things, but I don’t delete anything. I don’t have to because they do such a good job. I’ll see some things. Add some things. It’s an awesome collaboration, one of the best I’ve ever been around.’’

Of course, there is no way to know the whole truth without witnessing it first hand. But with that being said, people who have witnessed it first hand are siding with Arians.

And Arians appears adamant that Brady’s retirement had nothing to do with their relationship because there were never any issues.
