The Cavinder Twins, Hanna and Haley, were up to their old tricks on Instagram this week.

The duo, who rose to fame on Instagram and TikTok over the pandemic, are perhaps most famous for their time spent on the University of Miami women’s basketball team.

They helped lead the Canes to their first ever Elite Eight appearance.

But rather than return to school for their senior seasons, they opted to pursue different business ventures.

“Sometimes, it’s not about social media, it’s not about basketball; it’s more about other priorities in your life and family and other chapters and passions that you have,” Haley told Boardroom. “Stepping away from basketball was extremely hard, but also it came down to Hanna was done and I didn’t want to play basketball without Hanna.”

Since leaving basketball, the pair partnered with Jake Paul’s Betr brand.

“Having equity in companies just allows you to see things from a different point of view,” Haley said of the decision. “If you do it the right way and you partner with companies and businesses you truly are interested in.”

But they’ve also continued to grow their social media following. The duo has 280,000 followers on Instagram. And while that doesn’t sound like much, they have over 4.5 million followers on TikTok.

In one recent video, their mom joined in on the fun as the twins showed off their “money makers.”

The video shows Hanna and Haley dancing to the song “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” by Trace Adkins.

In just two days, the video has nearly 25,000 likes.

It’s also not the first time they brought their mom in to join the fun. A similar video went viral just last month.

Clearly the twins know how to make a scene on social media. And it feels like they’re just scratching the surface of their popularity.
