Charles Barkley Analyzes The USMNT As Only He Can (VIDEO)

Following their epic 1-0 win over Iran on Tuesday, the United States Men’s National Team is headed to the knockout stage of the 2022 World Cup, where they’ll take on the Netherlands in the Round of 16 on Saturday morning.

Thanks to the Americans’ run to the knockout round, soccer fever has fully gripped the nation, including the one and only Charles Barkley,  who analyzed the team’s chances against the Dutch on Saturday as only he can.

“We goin’ for the Netherlands. We opening up a can of whoop-ass. I guarantee the Netherlands are in trouble,” Barkley humourly bellowed.

“We goin’ on. Hey, I want Spain. I want Brazil. I want Germany. I want France — well, they got that boy Mbappe in France, he ain’t no joke. But we gonna beat the Netherlands.”

As mentioned above, the United States Men’s National Team will take on the Netherlands on Saturday at 10 AM. Should the United States pull off the upset and advance, they would face the winner of the Argentina/Australia match in the quarterfinals next week. In order to reach the knockout stages, the United States Men’s National Team not only defeated Iran but also drew England (who they outplayed) and Wales.

Regardless of what happens against the Dutch, though, the USMNT has already achieved the primary goal of surviving the group stage while also displaying endless amounts of poise and class.
