2022 PGA champion Collin Morikawa has one of the smoothest swings in golf and hits his irons so pure he’s become a case study of consistency on the PGA Tour.
After dating for years, Collin Morikawa made Katherine Zhu his wife back in November. The two got married at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles in a black-tie affair attended by 100 close friends and family.
On Wednesday, Katherine Morikawa, Collin Morikawa’s wife, stunned the golf world by debuting her silky smooth golf swing which she says has been fine-tuned with some adjustments made by her husband.
I grew up on a golf course. My dad managed a golf course in SW Florida. Golf has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. And I’m seething with jealousy at the golf swing of Collin Morikawa’s wife.
The comments came pouring in about Collin Morikawa’s wife’s golf swing. They wrote:
“That right leg muscle has its own diet!!?? That’s some serious power!”
“Swing almost looks better than ur husband’s.”
“Your swing looks just like Collin’s 😂” to that someone added “You’re so much stronger than him too.”

For what it’s worth, Collin Morikawa’s home course is The Summit Club in Las Vegas. I was unable to find a GHIN index for either him or his wife there, however. So it is unclear what her handicap/index is.
