Deion Sanders’ first season as the head football coach at the University of Colorado was a success. Although the Buffaloes lost eight of their last nine games after starting the year at 3-0, they won three more games in 2024 than in 2023 after overhauling the entire roster.

And, while no loss is a good loss, five of their eight losses were by seven points or less. That’s pretty good for a team that won just one game the year prior. Coach Prime’s team could have very easily finished at 9-3 instead of 4-8.

The inability to finish and lack of consistency will be the biggest focuses this year. Shedeur Sanders is back at quarterback with a brand-new offensive line. Travis Hunter Jr. is a monster on both sides of the ball. Most of the defense is stacked with veterans.

There is, once again, a lot of hype around the Buffaloes as they plays their first year in the Big 12 Conference. Perhaps a little bit too much?

Ticket prices for the 2024 college football season are crazy. They are almost certain to drop as Week 1 nears closer, but as of right now, the least expensive ticket to multiple games (including one on the road) are listed above $200.

Colorado football ticket prices are wild.

No matter where you look on the secondary market, all of the listed prices are about the same so we’re just going to use SeatGeek. Here are the cheapest tickets by game:
