Dustin Poirier had some harsh words for his longtime rival Conor McGregor.
Over the weekend, McGregor made his long-awaited return to the Octagon when he faced off against Max Holloway.
Unfortunately, McGregor injured his leg after throwing a leg kick early in the first round and was unable to continue fighting.

On Monday, McGregor’s former nemesis, Poirier, didn’t hesitate to take shots at his rival.

The retired Poirier says he’s willing to come back to fight McGregor.
“Whenever he is healed up, hit me up Conor I’ll come back and whip you again. I’d come back to whip him again. At 170.”

As of now, it’s unclear when McGregor will be able to return to the Octagon.
In an Instagram post, McGregor revealed that he needed surgery, but planned to come back and fight out the last fight on his contract.
“Surgery. Prehab. Return to martial arts practice. Go again. Final fight of the contract. Please God! I trust in You Lord! Show me Your way. Thank You God.”
