The 2026 NBA Draft is a long way away.

We just saw the 2023 draft a couple of weeks ago.

Still, it seems that one of the top prospects that will be a member of 2026’s draft class is wasting no time building hype.

Nike Elite Youth Basketball hosted the Peach Jam earlier today, showcasing some of the nation’s best high school talent.

The list of players participating was headlined by Bryce James and there were reportedly a number of scouts there to see him, but it was actually another member of his recruiting class who ended up stealing the show.

Cooper Flagg is currently rated as the 2nd best recruit in the nation for the Class of 2025 and he showed everybody why he’s one of the top names in the class today.

Flagg put in a ridiculous performance at the Peach Jam. During today’s game, he posted a stat line of 38 points, 16 rebounds, 6 assists, and 11 blocks.

That last number is particularly unbelievable and those 11 blocks included one that sealed the win for his team.

Flagg is currently behind only Carlos Boozer’s son, Cameron, in the recruiting rankings for his class and this performance shows that he has a pretty good case for the top spot.

Flagg has already secured offers from a number of the top college basketball programs around the country.

That list includes UCLA, Villanova, Kansas State, Duke, Iowa, and the defending national champions, the UCONN Huskies.

There has been no indication yet if he is leaning toward any school in particular, but he has plenty of time to make a decision.

He also has a whole lot of time to keep putting together monster performances like this.

If Cooper Flagg can continue to perform like this on big stages, there will be plenty of hype going with him wherever he ends up playing college basketball in a couple of years.
