Cowboys players recently went viral when asked about the new Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce relationship.
The Cowboys‘ social media team decided to have a little fun and quizzed the players on their thoughts about Swift’s supposedly “Putting Kelce on the map”
Wide receiver CeeDee Lamb chimed in, saying, “Taylor Swift… I mean, Kelce had a name of his own, but that’s hard, T-Swift’s live, she’s tough.”
Defensive end Dante Fowler mused, “She kinda did put him on the map in a way… what’s love, that’s love Taylor.”
Quarterback Trey Lance laughed it off, stating, “Travis Kelce has been on the map, that’s all I got to say.”
Safety Jayron Kearse had a different take, saying, “I think Travis Kelce has been on the map, if you ask me, he put her on the map. So now I might listen to some Taylor Swift, I never did but might listen to some Taylor Swift. Try to get into Travis’ head. He put her on the map, not the other way around.”
Linebacker Damone Clark quipped, “He was already on the map. Well now he’s more on the map, I heard he has 300 (thousands) followers, top NFL jersey sale and what else he get? love… Taylor Swift love.”
Wide receiver Michael Gallup offered his take, saying, “I don’t know if she put him on the map like that, but they are making a good couple out there. Not gonna lie to you.”
Wide receiver Brandin Cooks respectfully disagreed, noting, “With all due respect, I think Travis Kelce was already on the map.”
Other Cowboys players had playful reactions to the question too, with each player adding their own spin to the discussion.
