Damian Lillard Brings It Hard With Rap Verse, Nails It Like A Game-Winning Trey

It’s really good to be Portland Trail Blazers’ All-Star guard Damian Lillard.

Sure, ol’ dude lost a couple of his sidekicks on the ‘zers this offseason, but that just means that Lillard is the cornerstone of the team, with gigantic contract extensions and even more money flooding into his bank account through sponsorship deals.

The kid is absolute filthy on the basketball court.

In fact, based off of Lillard’s, AKA “Dame DOLLA”—rap game, it looks like he’s pretty fucking lethal with a mic in his hands, too, proving that he’s lyrically dirty, too.

(Note: Lillard comes in at the 3:05-mark)

After dropping a few tracks on SoundCloud this summer, Lillard finally got up on stage and gave a live performance at the Holocene nightclub in Portland alongside rapper Brookfield Duece.

Is a full album in Dame’s near future? Considering there have been some tremendously horrible attempts by other basketball players (See: Kobe Bryant), probably not.

But if he ever were to release an EP to show-off his skills, it seems that it’d come as easy as hitting a game-winner during a playoff series, so maybe Lillard should take a stab at it.
