Dana White’s Power Slap has announced its PPV plans after a solid week in the ratings.
According to Sports Illustrated, Power Slap’s inaugural pay-per-view event will take place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas on Saturday March 11th on the same day the UFC will be hosting a fight night card across town at The Theater at Virgin Hotels.

UFC Fight Night’s main card, headlined by a critical bantamweight bout pitting Petr Yan against Merab Dvalishvili, will run earlier that night at 6 p.m. ET from The Theater at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas
The first-ever Power Slap champions will be crowned at the pay-per-view in four different weight classes, including heavyweight, light heavyweight, middleweight, and welterweight. Undefeated slap fighter Darius “The Destroyer” Mata-Varona and “Wolverine” Ron Bata–who are the two coaches on Power Slap–will compete for the heavyweight title.
Despite receiving backlash and controversy, Power Slap grew 40 percent in ratings from week 1 to week 2.
For those curious, Power Slap (which follows #AEWDynamite) numbers were actually up considerably from last week. The show averaged 413K viewers (⬆️40% from last week) with a 0.13 P18-49 rating (⬆️30%)

Power Slap has also seen explosive growth on social media, especially on TikTok where the league currently boasts 1.5 million followers with hundreds of millions of views.

There’s still no word on the PPV price as of yet.
Power Slap’s third episode will air this Wednesday, with the final episode set to air on March 8.
