College football analyst Reggie Bush believes Deion Sanders is not going to stay in college very long.

During an interview with Bleacher Report, Bush said he believes Sanders is one of the best coaches in football and will leave for the NFL very soon.

“In my opinion, Deion Sanders is one of the best coaches in football right now. NFL, college, I don’t care, he’s one of the best coaches,”

“I have a feeling the NFL is going to come knocking on the door, and I think that’s his rightful place is in the NFL,” Bush said. “Once his sons are gone, because I think what he’s doing with his sons is history. When’s the last time we’ve seen a head coach and the son is the star quarterback of the team? The script is writing itself.”

Earlier this year, Fox’s Joel Klatt has said Sanders isn’t interested in coaching in the NFL.

“He’s not going to the NFL, Deion doesn’t want to coach in the NFL, he’s told me that point blank in my face, he believes that his role is a mentor, he loves coaching kids, this is where he feels at home…he believes that this is his ministry, to be there for kids in college, be a father for kids.”

It’ll be interesting to see if Sanders is interested in coaching at the college level once his sons graduate in the coming years.
