Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor have been talking trash to each other for over 6 years. Now that Dana White has made it clear that he thinks they should fight each other one more time, the two fighter have taken the chance to take shots once again.

After White expressed his belief about a trilogy fight between the two men, Diaz laid out a stipulation for what it would take for him to fight McGregor again.

McGregor clearly wasn’t thrilled about this tweet and responded with one of his own that has since been deleted. The tweet featured a video of McGregor knocking Diaz down with a left hook and this caption:

“Bounce them titties for the dollar”

It sounds to me like a 3rd fight is exactly what these two men need.

The first two fight between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz were classics that should be required viewing for any UFC fan. For the first fight, McGregor was originally scheduled to fight Rafael Dos Anjos, but Diaz stepped up on late notice when RDA was injured before the fight.

Diaz was viewed as a huge underdog going into the fight, but the trash talk between the two had fans very excited for the matchup. Once they actually made it to the cage, McGregor dominated the early going of the fight and looked like was going to cruise to a win. However, he started to fade when he couldn’t put Nate away.

Then, like something out of a Rocky movie, Diaz started pouring it on a tired McGregor before eventually getting McGregor to tap to a choke late in the 2nd round. The 2nd fight was even crazier. With a full buildup, the two really got to go at with trash talk in different media obligations.

Then they got into the cage and put on an instant classic. McGregor knocked Diaz down 3 times in the first half of the fight, but Diaz rallied back and piled up significant strikes in the 2nd half of the fight. A second wind in the 4th ended up being enough for McGregor to win a majority decision. Many fans thought we’d see a rubber match, but one has still not materialized.

With these kinds of back and forths still going on between Diaz and McGregor and more than 400 combined strikes between them in their last fight, fans will continue to hope they get to see them square off one more time.
