ESPN’s NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski got off to an early start while spoiling NBA draft picks on Thursday afternoon and fans weren’t happy about it.
At 1:30p est, six and a half hours before the official start of the NBA draft, Woj revealed that the Detroit Pistons were set to take Cade Cunningham with the #1 overall pick.
ESPN Sources: The Detroit Pistons have landed on a decision to select Oklahoma State’s Cade Cunningham with the No. 1 pick in tonight’s NBA Draft (ESPN and ABC at 8 PM ET).

About a half an hour later Woj went on to spoil the #2 and #3 picks in the draft.
With Cade Cunningham a solid No. 1 to Detroit now, Houston and Cleveland continue to trend toward Jalen Green and Evan Mobley with the second and third picks, respectively, sources tell ESPN.
