ESPN To Release Highly-Anticipated Chicago Bulls ‘The Last Dance’ Documentary On April 19th


With no live sports on the horizon due to the current health crisis in the country many fans have been urging ESPN to release their 10 part Chicago Bulls documentary the “Last Dance” which is set to air in June.

According to the NY Post’s Andrew Marchand is reporting that ESPN has amped up production the film and is set to release the highly-anticipated documentary on April 19th instead of June.

ABC/ESPN’s highly anticipated 10-part Michael Jordan documentary, “The Last Dance,” is being moved up to April, The Post has learned.

Sources said the start date will be Sunday, April 19. It was originally slated for June.

ABC/ESPN plans to make an announcement on “Good Morning America” on Tuesday, according to sources.

ESPN declined to confirm either the start date or the GMA plan.

The documentary was set to debut in June prior to the coronavirus outbreak that has halted games at all levels of competition.

Sports fans were delighted with ESPN’s decision to move up the movie two months from its original date.
