Fans Blast Jaguars For Having Trevor Lawrence Walk With Injury Instead Of Using Cart

Jags QB Trevor Lawrence suffered a brutal-looking leg injury on Monday night, and his team is facing criticism for how they handled the situation.

On Monday night, Lawrence appeared to step on a lineman’s foot and awkwardly fell on top of his ankle. A frustrated Lawrence slammed his helmet in anger, which made fans believe his injury could be serious.

Lawrence was eventually helped off the field and slowly limped to the locker room.

Fans blasted the Jags for having Lawrence walk to the locker room instead of using a cart.

“Do the Jags not have access to a cart to give Lawrence a lift to the locker room instead of making him walk the whole way?” said one fan

“Good lord, Jags. How far you gonna make Trevor walk? Nobody has access to a golf cart? It’s Florida! It’s all golf carts!” commented another fan.

It is possible that Lawrence requested to walk to the locker room, but trainers/doctors should have advised him to take a cart instead if that’s the case.

As of now, there’s no word on the severity of Lawrence’s injury, and is only being described as an “ankle injury.”
