Tiger Woods has fans worried after he was forced to withdraw from the Genesis Invitational with a mysterious illness.
On Friday afternoon, Woods was transported out of Riviera Golf Course in a cart.

It was initially believed that Woods had issues with his back after he admitted to getting back spasms at the end of the first round on Thursday.
About an hour after he withdrew from the tournament, an ambulance arrived at Riviera to pick Woods up while dozens of media members waited outside.

According to Barstool’s Daniel Rapoport, paramedics told the media Woods would not be leaving in the ambulance.

Update: Tiger= Wood’s team released a statement in which they reveal Tiger had been dealing with “flu-like symptoms” and was dehydrated which led him to withdraw from the tournament.
