Welcome to Week 14. If you’re reading this, then you’re probably preparing for your first week of the fantasy playoffs. Congratulations on making it this far.

Either injuries or lack of production might have you looking for some help these next few weeks. Hopefully, I can help get that piece you need to win a championship.

Here are the players you should look to add in Week 14.

TE Tyler Higbee

With Gerald Everett out, it was Higbee who had the privilege of going against the Cardinals who have been bad against the tight end. Streamers of Higbee were happy as he came out with 107 receiving yards and a touchdown.

He is someone who can continue to be a streaming option if Everett misses more time; he has upcoming matchups against Seattle then Dallas, both teams are bottom 10 in points-per-game against the tight end.

RB Darwin Thompson

Damien Williams has already missed time with a rib injury, and Darrel Williams left last week’s game with a hamstring injury, this gave the opportunity for Thompson to lead the team in rushes and finished with a touchdown against the Raiders.

Thompson is someone to handcuff if any of these players miss time.

TE Jack Doyle

With Eric Ebron done for the remainder of the season, Doyle now doesn’t have to share targets. He saw his first game with over five targets since Week 4 and his season-high in receiving yards.

He gets a prime matchup next week against Tampa Bay, who’s allowing the second-highest points-per-game to tight ends.

TE Mike Gesicki

In what was a bad matchup, Gesicki came through with 79 yards and a touchdown.

He gets another tough matchup against the Jets next week, but in his last game against New York in Week 9, he had 95 receiving yards.

Ryan Fitzpatrick seems to have a good connection with him, with Gesicki having at least six targets in every game since Week 9.

RB Patrick Laird

Kalen Ballage left the game with a serious leg injury last week, leaving Laird to take over running back duties. His numbers don’t necessarily jump out, but with 14 touches, he saw opportunities in both the running and passing game.

The Dolphins have steadily improved weekly; Laird is someone to look into adding with a future increased role.

WR Russell Gage

I featured Gage last week, and he responded with 52 receiving yards and a touchdown on nine targets. Matt Ryan threw the ball 50 times last week; as long as that trend continues, Gage will see opportunity.

WR Cole Beasley

Beasley will be a recurring guest until I see owners realize his value. He has five straight games with a touchdown and had 100 receiving yards last week.
