Fresno St. QB Jake Haener Somehow Leads Team To Comeback Win Against UCLA Despite Barely Being Able To Walk After Big Hit

Jake Haener

Fresno St QB Jake Haener had himself an incredible comeback win at the Rose Bowl that will be talked about for a long time.

Late in the fourth quarter Haener got clobbered by two UCLA players that left him visibly in pain.

On the very next play, Haener went on to throw a touchdown pass despite barely being able to walk around due to the pain from the hit he took previously.

After Haener’s TD UCLA marched up the field to take a four-point lead with about a minute left in the game.

Despite the fact that he was still shaken up and was wincing on every throw, Haener was able to lead Fresno State down the field to beat UCLA with a game-winning TD.

Jake Haener, Pac-12 after dark legend.
