It appears that one gambler may have had some inside information going into the Lakers-Kings game.
On Tuesday night, it was revealed that a gambler had made two large curious bets, $245k on the Kings +5 and $285k on the under of 227 points.
One @CaesarsSports bettor wagered $245,000 on the Kings +5 (vs. Lakers) and $285,000 on the UNDER 227.

Apparently, LeBron first tested positive this afternoon before taking two more tests to confirm.

TMZ Sports has learned … LeBron James tested positive for COVID-19 this afternoon using a lateral flow test. James was given a follow-up PCR test to confirm the diagnosis. However, that test came back negative. LeBron was then given a third tie-breaker test … which came back positive.
We’re told the team has chartered a private jet so Bron can fly back to Los Angeles in a safe manner.
We’re also told James is currently asymptomatic. LeBron is fully vaccinated.
Update: The Kings ended up getting blown out by the Lakers but the gambler ended up making 40k from his bets after cashing in on his $285k bet on the score being under 227 points.
