Some guys have all the luck. Exhibit A: John Goehrke, the guy who scored a date with tennis player Genie Bouchard after making a bet in Super Bowl 51. Now he’s going to this year’s Super Bowl with Genie. Last February during the Super Bowl when the New England Patriots were down big to the Atlanta Falcons, the University of Missouri student asked Bouchard if she would go on a date with him if the Pats came back and won. The Patriots made their miraculous 28-3 comeback and Super Bowl Bet Guy got himself a date. John should be the biggest Patriots fan in the world.

The sun keeps shining on Johnny boy because now he is going to Super Bowl LII where the Patriots are back in the big game and will face off against the Philadelphia Eagles. NFL Canada offered Super Bowl 52 tickets to Genie and John to celebrate the anniversary of their infamous meeting. It sounds like John and Genie are down to hang out again, this time at the Super Bowl on Feb. 4 in Minneapolis.
