Gennady Golovkin Makes Quick Work Of Vanes Martirosyan With Second Round KO, Is Ready To Take On All Middleweight Contenders

Triple G is back!. On Saturday night, Gennady Golovkin returned to the ring on Saturday to face Vanes Martiosyan, a last minute replacement fighter for Canelo Alvarez who was suspended for testing positive for the PED clenbuterol.

Golovkin made quick work of Martiosyan with a brutal second round flurry that dropped the Armenian boxer and kept him down.

I want everybody. Doesn’t matter for me, I’m still the champion, I’ve been the champion for last nine years. come and take my belt.

On a possible rematch with Canelo Alvarez

He’s ready, I’m ready..Anytime.

It’s highly likely that GGG will take on Canelo in September and considering how good he looked tonight, Alvarez should be worried.
