College softball season is in full swing and Georgia is on fire yet again. The strength and conditioning program down in Athens likely has a lot to do with the success.
The Bulldogs are jacked!
Georgia, which reached a college softball Super Regional last season but ultimately lost to perennial powerhouse UCLA, currently ranks as the No. 17 team in the country. It began 2025 with 14-straight wins during the nonconference schedule. It only lost two non conference games (to Ohio State and Clemson) and boasts a conference record of 3-6 against the No. 9, No. 3 and No. 7-ranked teams. The Bulldogs won at least one game in each of its SEC series and also won a midweek game against No. 15 Oklahoma State on Wednesday night.

All of this goes to say that the Dogs are barking. Get it? I digress.
As April quickly approaches, the weather in Athens is finally starting to turn. Winter is over. Temperatures (highs specifically) will not drop below 70º on most days henceforth.
The sun is out, which means that guns are out.
With the weather finally warm enough to rock a tank, Georgia softball decided to flex all over the haters— literally — in the locker room. The strength and conditioning program is working. They’re absolutely jacked.
Junior outfielder Jaydyn Goodwin posted the video and kicked things off alongside senior outfielder Dallis Goodnight. The latter is especially ripped. Their other teammates are just as strong but not quite as defined. Goodnight’s physique is impressive.
The Bulldogs have crushed 32 home runs so far this season. It’s not hard to see why.

I would hate to be an opposing pitcher who has to try to avoid getting crushed by any of the women featured in Godwin’s TikTok. If they get ahold of one, that ball is gone! Georgia is yoked.
