Gilbert Arenas and Nick Young have been friends dating back to their days in the NBA with the Wizards. The duo played together in Washington for three seasons between 2007 and 2010 when Arenas was traded to the Magic.

They helped lead the Wizards to the playoffs in Young’s rookie season, where they lost to LeBron and the Cavs in the first round. They built a friendship that often led to the two pulling ridiculous pranks on one another (and their families).

There are videos of the two clowning each other during one-on-one sessions, Arenas sneaking into Young’s house to torment him, and clips of Young pelting his teammate with milkshakes.

Neither are in the NBA any longer, but that doesn’t mean that the rivalry has died.

Earlier this week Arenas continued the roast wars with an Instagram post of Young’s 10-year-old son.

Gilbert Arenas trolls Nick Young’s son on social media

Gilbert Arenas posted a picture of Nick Young’s 10-year-old son wearing a pair of Arenas’s shoes on the basketball court.

“Even my shoes won’t help him score. This man is hooping in prescription glasses. The damn water boy done got a hold of my shoes.”

Brutal.

Young’s son is just gearing up for the 10-year-old rec league, but that didn’t matter to Arenas. He unloaded on the youngster, tagging Swaggy P in the process.

Arenas has always been known as a bit of a wild card, doing or saying whatever is on his mind. But damn!

We’ll have to wait for Young’s response to the roast. This won’t be the last prank we see between the two.
