At the age of 50 few figured on ever seeing Goldberg wrestling again, let alone taking on Brock Lesnar in a Wrestlemania 20 rematch.

But there he was on Sunday at WrestleMania 33, not only taking on The Beast, but doing so as the WWE Universal Champion.

On Monday night, following RAW going off the air, Goldberg reappeared in the ring one more time with the mic in hand. In his unscripted speech which aired on RAW Talk Goldberg discussed many things including his return after 13 years away, his family, winning the title, his match with Lesnar and basically, but not definitively, calling it quits.

Among the many highlights of his emotional speech were Goldberg admitting that his match with Lesnar at Wrestlemania 20 was a “debacle” and when he invited his son to the ring and he tripped over the barricade and Goldberg said his son had already taken more bumps than he did in his career prior to Sunday.

In closing he admitted he was pretty much done, but with one caveat, “You never know what,” he added. “Or who’s next.”

Here’s the full speech as captured by a fan in the audience…
