Grambling State University moved to 6-5 during the 2023/24 women’s college basketball season on Tuesday night. It won by 141 points. Seriously.

That is not the total amount of points scored for the Tigers. That is the margin of victory.

Grambling hosted its 11th game of the year at FCH Assembly Center in north Louisiana against the College of Biblical Studies. Formerly known as the Houston Bible Institute, it is a private nonprofit nondenominational evangelical coed Bible college located in Texas.

As of 2021, the 44-year-old school enrolled 418 students.

According to its website, the women’s college basketball program rosters just eight players — all freshman — including a power point, and competes in the Southwest Region of the Division II National Christian College Athletic Association. They had played six games this season prior to Tuesday and lost all six games by an average margin of 54 points.

The Tigers piled onto that number and defeated the Ambassadors 159-18. It was one of the most insane box scores you will ever see.

One of the victors was especially savage on Instagram after the win.

Not only was it a school record for most points scored in a single game, the Tigers broke the previous record for largest margin of victory in a Division I women’s college basketball game.
