I just used my imagination to envision what would happen if I tried to balance 150 pounds above my head with one hand and woke up in a real hospital. Ngata doesn’t exactly make it look easy, but his ability to not have a deadly accident speaks volumes about his strength.
To further cement his reputation as an athletic freak, here he is dunking a basketball without taking a running start.
