Someone Added ‘Karate Kid’ Music To J.J. Watt’s Scene From ‘Hard Knocks’ And This Is Better Than Sex

For those of you that weren’t glued to your TV last night in anticipation and missed the premiere of HBO’s Hard Knocks you’ll be bummed to discover that you missed AN ABSOLUTELY GLORIOUS TRAINING MONTAGE FEATURING BRO KING J.J. WATT. Well, the training montage itself isn’t really all that spectacular, but someone somewhere added Joe Esposito’s ‘You’re The Best Around’ from The Karate Kid and suddenly it’s the greatest training clip in the history of Hard Knocks.

The 10th season of HBO’s Hard Knocks focuses on the Houston Texans, one of the most overlooked teams in the NFL (for anyone living outside the state of Texas). Aside from a QB, RB, WR, and J.J. Watt most casual NFL fans would be hard pressed to name a single player on the Texans’ roster or a single member of Houston’s front office. All that is about to change thanks to HBO’s 10th season of Hard Knocks.

Season 10 kicked off with Pierre Garçon repeatedly calling J.J. Watt a ‘f**k boy’ and footage of the Texans and Redskins getting into an all out brawl during a scrimmage. If the Hard Knocks season premiere was any indication the 10th season is going to set the new standard for what sports reality TV should be…it was phenomenal.
