Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, is facing some serious allegations in two new lawsuits involving her son, Hayden Hitt, including claims that she attempted to groom a minor into joining the Church of Scientology.

Daily, 48, has responded to the allegations, denying that she is even a Scientologist and claiming that the accusations originated with a man who has been stalking her for years.

Meanwhile, police in Clearwater, Florida, have confirmed that an investigation into allegations involving sexual battery and supplying alcohol to minors remains open.

Hulk Hogan’s Widow Responds To Allegations Involving Scientology

Sky Daily addressed the grooming and Scientology allegations in a video posted to social media on Saturday.

“I am not a Scientologist. I have been a Christian for almost 20 years,” she said. “I was born into Scientology and, then I grew up, and I leaned into my grandparents’ Episcopalian faith, and that’s how I raised my kids since they were born.”

She also claimed the accusations originated with someone who had been harassing her long before she met Hulk Hogan.

“He’s just incessantly called me and texted me through social media apps because I never gave him my phone number ‘cause I didn’t know him like that,” Daily said.

The allegations were detailed in two lawsuits involving a party held on March 28 at Sky Daily’s Clearwater, Florida, home.

TMZ reports that one woman alleges she was sexually assaulted while she was incapacitated by another minor at the party, while Daily’s son, Hayden Hitt, helped facilitate it. She also claims Sky Daily supplied alcohol despite knowing underage guests would be attending.

A second woman, who previously dated Hitt, alleges that he physically abused her and that Daily encouraged her to forgive him. She also claims in a lawsuit that Sky Daily attempted to recruit her into Scientology and that Daily threw her out of their house, where she had been staying, when she reported the alleged attack to the police.

Police Dispute Claim That An Investigation Was Quietly Closed

One of the lawsuits also alleges that Clearwater police quickly closed an investigation because of Sky Daily’s supposed influence within Scientology.

Police say that isn’t true. According to TMZ, investigators began looking into the allegations in March and referred the case to the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney’s Office for possible prosecution.

“The case is not closed; media reports indicating that are inaccurate,” police said.

The lawsuits are just the latest controversy surrounding Hulk Hogan’s family since his death in July 2025.

Sky Daily previously considered filing a medical malpractice lawsuit over questions about the medical treatment Hogan received before his death.

More recently, Hogan’s daughter Brooke made headlines over the sale of his Florida mansion, which sold for considerably less than its original asking price.

As for Daily, she says the allegations have taken a toll on her family and damaged Hogan’s legacy.

“It’s affected a lot of people’s lives, and it’s diluted Terry’s Christian message,” she said.
